A Florida school principal has been arrested after allegedly hosting a party ‘filled with 100 students and booze’ at her home, according to authorities.
Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan, who is the principal of Roosevelt Elementary School, and teacher Karly Anderson have both been charged after Cocoa Beach police caught wind of the boozy bash.
The police department said in a press release: “On January 19th, 2025, the Cocoa Beach Police Department responded to a residence in reference to a house party.
“Upon arrival, officers observed over 100 juveniles at the residence in matching t-shirts, many who were consuming alcohol that was later learned to be available in coolers at the residence. The homeowner was identified as Roosevelt Elementary School’s Principal, Elizabeth Hill-Brodigan.”

Many of the students were drinking alcohol they got from coolers inside the home, while the press release states one student was even treated at the scene after experiencing ‘an alcohol related medical event’.
Once emergency services arrived at the scene to treat the student, police say Hill-Brodigan turned off all the lights and rushed into her home.
Anderson, who works as a third-grade at Roosevelt Elementary School, apparently approached officers intoxicated confirming she was a teacher at the school.
Police said they interviewed a number of teenagers and parents before taking Hills-Brodigan and Anderson into custody.
They were arrested on suspicion of child neglect and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, while police have also confirmed a teenager was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence near the home.
Speaking after the story reached the headlines, one local woman told 7News Miami: “To know that these kinds of things are happening is terrifying.”

A fellow local added: “They’re the most precious things to you, your children, and you’re trying to raise them well, and then they have this influence in their life; it just breaks my heart.
“These kids, they trust teachers; they trust the administrators. And when you have somebody betray that trust and lead these kids down a path like that, it’s sad and scary all at the same time.”
Both teachers have been released on bail and placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the police investigation.
Brevard County School District said in a statement: “We are extremely troubled by these accusations and are fully cooperating with the Cocoa Beach Police Department. Our commitment to student safety remains our top priority.”

A mother has been told by her children’s school that she’s banned from parking outside unless she ‘gets rid’ of saucy advertisement on her car.
Florida mom Michelle Cline has been told she’s banned from dropping her kids off at Liberty Christian Prep unless she removes the sticker advertising her OnlyFans which is placed on the back of her vehicle.
The OnlyFans creator – who goes by the name Piper Fawn on the website – proudly promotes her adult content by covering her entire windshield to promote her raunchy platform, and argues that this is her ‘business and way of life’.
“My husband and I had this, you know, little wild, you know, behind-closed-doors lifestyle that we’ve now decided to share,” she shared.
However, other parents of fellow students don’t feel the same way.
Lexy Thomas’ children attend the same school and she has branded the advertisement as ‘distracting’ to her children, as well as stating that the size of the advertisement was unnecessary.
“That’s a distraction to my children,” Thomas said. “And no matter how poorly or how good I parent, porn is there, and that’s kind of the first thing they’re seeing when they’re going into a place that should be educating them.”
She said: “It’s not just a tiny little emblem on the back of a car, it is taking up the entire windshield.”

And it’s not just Lexy who’s unhappy with the vehicles current state, as other parents have come forward to the school to complain about the raunchy ad.
Some have said there’s an ‘easy fix’ for the solution, which would be Michelle removing the ‘offensive’ sticker from her car to stop the flurry of complaints.
But the mom responded to the complaints, saying: “And that one seemed like an easy thing to say, for sure. But for me, you know, it supports my family, this provides a very comfortable way of life for us.”
She added: “And it’s legal, you know, I pay taxes just like everyone else but I’m not breaking the law. I just offended people.”

At the minute the mom has been told by the Catholic school that she must park across the street away from the children, which forces her children to cross a busy road and a parking lot in order to get to the school entrance, which Michelle says is a detriment to her children which they don’t deserve.
‘I want the school, at the very least, to provide someone to help her kids get across the street safely.’ she stated.
Two Georgia teachers accused of having sex with three students in the school district where they worked were well known for their behavior at school before they were busted, according to parents.
Railey Greeson and Brooklyn Shuler, who worked at Calhoun City Schools were charged on Thursday (4 July) for allegedly sleeping with the students between October 2021 and January 2022.
The indictment obtained by 11Alive stated Greeson had sex with two different male students between October 29, 2021, and January 3, 2022.
Shuler, meanwhile, was indicted on charges that she had sex with a different male student between October 2021 and January 2022.

Both women face charges of sexual contact by an employee or agent in the 1st degree.
Well, since the charges have made their way to the public eye, parents of students who go to Calhoun City Schools have been speaking to the press.
Audrey Decker, whose stepdaughter attends the school, told the New York Post: “I’m not trying to stereotype, but you could look at them and tell they were trouble.
“They just seemed boy-crazy. And everyone in the school knew it and joked about it.”
Meanwhile, another parent agreed saying: “Ugh, they were flirts. You should have seen them with any attractive parents who came to the school. They would flirt with any of the dads.”
The mom continued: “You know: laughing too loud, getting too close, that type of thing. Flirting. Trying to be cute. They were shameless.”
The friendship between Greeson and Shuler is said to go back several years, with Greeson being the maid of honour at Shuler’s wedding in November 2022 – months after the alleged sexual relationship with the student.

Shuler described Greeson as her ‘best friend’ and her ‘ride or die’ on the wedding site.
Nearly a year later, Shuler was a bridesmaid at Greeson’s tying of the knot in October 2023.
The incitement against the woman alleges that they ‘reasonably should have known’ that the boys were enrolled in the school district.
It is not clear if they had any contact with the boys in their roles within the school district. The indictment also didn’t disclose how old the male students were.
The two former staff members were arrested and booked at the Gordon County Jail, where they were later released on bond, as per the Gordon Gazette.
If they are convicted, Greeson and Shuler could face up to 25 years in prison or a fine of up to $100,000.
A cheerleader has spoken out about their ‘malicious’ coach whose ‘intentional’ actions left the group with ‘burning’ hands.
Evans Middle School in Lubbock, Texas, has launched an investigation after thirteen cheerleaders were left with first and second-degree burns on their hands following a session with their coach.
On Wednesday (October 9), the ‘red’ team of the cheerleading squad at the school were allegedly forced to take part in a ‘punishment’ session by their coach at around 2:00pm.

Reports state the group were made to perform ‘bear crawls’ and ‘crab walks’ on a hot outdoor track – which one parent said measured a temperature of at least 125 degrees – after they ‘disrespected’ their coach by performing cheer at a football game she didn’t want them too.
The coach allegedly threatened the girls’ future careers if they didn’t abide by her instructions.
And a cheerleader – who wished to remain anonymous – told Everything Lubbock the team told their coach their hands were ‘burning’ but ‘she said she didn’t care’.
“She made us go back down on the track,” they added. “It was malicious. It was intentional.”
Angel Thompson, mom of one of the cheerleaders, said her daughter revealed what happened when she picked her up from school.

“I had asked [my daughter], ‘Are you okay? How was school?’” she said. “She put our stuff down in the car, went to sit down and said, ‘Mom, you want to know how my day was in cheer?’ I said, ‘Yeah.’ She told me that they got a punishment, and shows me her hands.”
And the school has since addressed the incident too.
A spokesperson for Evans Middle School said Lubbock ISD administration had been made ‘aware of an incident at Evans Middle School involving a teacher’s disciplinary method that resulted in several students receiving burns on their hands’.
They confirmed the students were ‘directed’ by the teacher to perform ‘bear crawls’ on the outdoor track which had been ‘heated by the day’s high temperatures‘ and that ‘multiple students’ ended up ‘injured’ as a result.
One cheerleader is even reported as having been seen by the University Medical Center burn unit.
The spokesperson continued: “We are heartbroken over these events, as the safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. This type of incident does not reflect the standards or values of Lubbock ISD and Evans Middle School.
The teacher has been placed on leave (YouTube/ Everything Lubbock)
“We are addressing this matter with the utmost urgency, and are fully committed to investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
The school said it has launched an investigation into the incident and the teacher has been placed on ‘administrative leave pending the outcome’.
It resolved: “We want to express our deep concern and regret for the pain and distress this has caused the students and their families. No child should ever be subjected to harm in a learning environment, and we are fully committed to ensuring that incidents like this do not happen again.
“Lubbock ISD has policies in place regarding appropriate disciplinary actions, and any deviation from those standards is thoroughly reviewed. We want to assure our community that we are addressing this issue in accordance with district protocols and applicable laws. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students.”
A US Air Force veteran-turned-influencer and his brother have been jailed in Dubai after alleging they’d been ‘drugged’.
Joseph and Joshua Lopez first appealed for the country’s help last month, after a night out in Dubai ended with them waking up in a police car.
The pair had originally flown to the United Arab Emirates on May 25 to record content for their social media pages, and on June 2 they were leaving a nightclub when they allegedly encountered an Uber driver who offered to take them to an afterparty at a hotel.
Speaking to Fox and Friends First, veteran Joseph claimed the brothers were given ‘platters of food, hookahs, a bottle’, so he just decided to ‘go with it’.
After the party at the hotel came to an end, Joseph and Joshua were invited to a yacht party were they were allegedly handed a huge bill, which Joseph believed as a ‘misunderstanding’.
After seemingly clearing up the issue, he was allegedly given a drink by an unidentified woman.
“I literally don’t remember anything for the rest of the night except for a few seconds here and there,” he said.
When he came around, Joshua and Joseph were in the back of a police car, facing charges of assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, damaging a patrol vehicle and alcohol consumption.

In the UAE, alcohol consumption is only permitted in licensed establishments such as bars, restaurants and hotels. It is illegal to be drunk in public or to walk outdoors with a drink in your hand, with such crimes punishable with a fine of around $1,360, or up to six months in jail.
Joshua and Joseph were initially released on bail, but were banned from leaving the country as they awaited their court appearances.
Last week, Joshua and Joseph appeared in court to face the charge of alcohol consumption and were each sentenced to one month in prison.
Their sentences may be extended if they are convicted of the remaining charges, which they are expected to face tomorrow (August 20).
In their interview with Fox, the brothers said the State Department were ‘aware of the situation’.
