Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (Nam Pla)
- 1 tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions:
- Combine the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and dark soy sauce in a mixing bowl and whisk vigorously until homogenous.
- Add the brown sugar and white pepper; stir consistently for 60 seconds until integrated.
- Slowly pour in the water and whisk until the sugar has completely dissolved and the sauce looks glossy and smooth.
- Taste the sauce; if too pungent, add one additional teaspoon of sugar to balance the salinity.
