Ingredients:

  • 4 Thai bird's eye chilies, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 small shallot, thinly sliced into rings

Instructions:

  1. Combine the fish sauce and palm sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until the sugar crystals disappear and the liquid is smooth.
  2. Stir in the fresh lime juice until well combined.
  3. Fold in the minced garlic, sliced shallots, and chopped bird's eye chilies, stirring gently to distribute the aromatics.
  4. Allow the sauce to sit for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to infuse.
