Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (12g) Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (7g) Ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) Ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup (180ml) Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Pure maple syrup
  • 0.5g Sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and salt directly in a 16 oz Mason jar. Whisk them together while dry to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Add the Greek yogurt on top and stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully incorporated and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the lid tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Stir once more before serving to restore creamy consistency.
