Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp raw hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a 16 oz glass mason jar.
- Whisk vigorously for 60 seconds until the mixture is well-combined and no dry clumps of seeds are visible.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator and set a timer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the jar and stir again thoroughly to break up gelatinous clumps.
- Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir the pudding once more before serving to ensure creaminess.
- Top with fresh blueberries, hemp seeds, and sliced almonds, then dust with ground cinnamon.
