Chicken Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Open the cans of crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with melted butter.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
