 Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
 Directions:

1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch round cake pan.
2. Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
4. Combine: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with Greek yogurt. Stir in lemon zest and juice until well combined.
5. Add Strawberries: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
6. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Cool: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
