Oasis Cafe’s Irresistible Nutella Cheesecake

 Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 2 cups cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Nutella
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy cream
 Directions:

1. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Make the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add Nutella and powdered sugar, beating until well combined. Mix in vanilla extract.
3. Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the Nutella mixture.
4. Assemble the cheesecake: Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
5. Chill: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
