 Ingredients:

Cheesecake Filling:
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
Parfait Layers:
• 2 large bananas, sliced
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tbsp granulated sugar
• Whipped cream (for topping, optional)
• Crushed graham crackers (for garnish, optional)
• Banana slices (for garnish, optional)
 Directions:

1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Layer: In a small bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated. Set aside.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until well combined.
3. Layer the Parfaits: In small glass cups or dessert dishes, layer 2 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling, and then a few banana slices. Repeat the layers until the cups are full, ending with cheesecake filling on top.
4. Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set. When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and banana slices for garnish.
