Lobster Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
1 head of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Season lobster tails with salt and pepper.
Grill lobster tails flesh side down for 5-7 minutes until cooked through, turning once.
Remove lobster tails from grill and let them cool slightly. Then, remove meat from shells and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
Add chopped lobster meat, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons to the bowl.
Gently toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
