Irresistible Turtle Bars 
 These decadent Turtle Bars combine the perfect trio of chocolate, caramel, and crunchy pecans for a treat that melts in your mouth. Whether you’re looking for a sweet snack or a dessert to impress, these bars are sure to satisfy your cravings! 
 Ingredients:
• For the Crust:
o 1 cup all-purpose flour
o 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
o 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• For the Caramel Layer:
o 1 cup caramel bits or caramel squares, unwrapped
o 2 tbsp heavy cream
• For the Chocolate Topping:
o 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
o 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
 Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Crust:
o In a bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until the mixture is crumbly. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
3. Make the Caramel Layer:
o While the crust is baking, melt caramel bits with heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.
o Pour the melted caramel over the baked crust, spreading evenly.
4. Create the Chocolate Topping:
o Sprinkle chocolate chips over the warm caramel layer. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then gently spread the melted chocolate over the caramel layer using a spatula.
o Top with toasted pecans, pressing them lightly into the chocolate.
5. Chill and Serve:
o Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, cut into squares or bars and enjoy!
