Indulge in the Tropical Delight of Mango Swirl Cheesecake!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 cup melted butter
• 3 packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup mango puree (fresh or canned)
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• Fresh mango slices for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
3. Make Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
4. Create Swirl: Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of mango puree over the batter. Pour the remaining cheesecake batter over the puree and swirl gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
5. Bake: Place the pan in a larger baking dish filled with hot water. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is just set. Let it cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Serve: Garnish with fresh mango slices before serving. Enjoy your tropical mango swirl cheesecake!
