Ingredients:
- 2 cups (180g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (80g) chia seeds
- 1/4 cup (30g) ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp (5g) ground cinnamon
- 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup (240g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
- 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup (60g) sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp (15g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
- Stir in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until the texture is consistent and no dry pockets of oats remain.
- Divide the mixture evenly between four 16 oz Mason jars. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top each jar with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts.
