Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (180g) rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (80g) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (30g) ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp (5g) ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup (240g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp (10ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup (150g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup (60g) sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp (15g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Stir in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until the texture is consistent and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly between four 16 oz Mason jars. Seal the lids tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, top each jar with fresh blueberries, sliced almonds, and hemp hearts.
