Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (240ml) Zero Sugar Sprite or 7-Up
  • 1 cup (150g) Gummy Bears

Instructions:

  1. Place the gummy bears into a glass airtight container and pour the Zero Sugar Sprite over the candy until they are completely submerged. Cover the container and let them sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a spoon, carefully lift the swollen gummy bears from the soda and place them on the sheet in a single layer, ensuring each bear has its own space and they do not touch.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 3 to 5 hours until the bears have a matte, frosted appearance on the surface.
