- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard

- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Shred the extra-sharp cheddar from a block and allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- In a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, cream together the bulk pork sausage and softened cream cheese on low speed until fully integrated.
- Gradually add the Bisquick, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika to the sausage mixture until a shaggy dough forms.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and fresh chives until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Using a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into 1-inch spheres between your palms.
- Place the balls 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until the exteriors are mahogany-colored and the cheese is bubbly.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and apple cider vinegar to create the signature dipping sauce.
