Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (7g) ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
  • 1/4 cup (30g) fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup (30g) sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp (15g) raw almond slivers
  • 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt directly into a 16 oz Mason jar. Stir briefly to ensure the seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk and fold in the Greek yogurt. Stir vigorously with a fork until the mixture is smooth and no dry pockets of oats remain.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and seeds to absorb the liquid.
  4. Just before serving, top the chilled oats with fresh blueberries, strawberries, almond slivers, and hemp hearts.
