Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (250g) Natural drippy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Raw honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup (45g) High-quality Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp (20g) Chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/3 cup (60g) Mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Water (optional for consistency)

Instructions:

  1. In a large glass mixing bowl, combine the drippy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  2. Add the protein powder and chia seeds to the wet mixture. Stir until a thick, uniform paste forms, ensuring no protein pockets remain.
  3. Fold in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until every flake is evenly coated. If the mixture is too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time.
  4. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. This hydration rest allows the oats to soften and the fats to emulsify.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into 20 even balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
