Ingredients:
- 2 cups (180g) Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup (250g) Natural drippy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Raw honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup (45g) High-quality Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp (20g) Chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp (5ml) Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1/3 cup (60g) Mini dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Water (optional for consistency)
Instructions:
- In a large glass mixing bowl, combine the drippy peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Add the protein powder and chia seeds to the wet mixture. Stir until a thick, uniform paste forms, ensuring no protein pockets remain.
- Fold in the rolled oats and chocolate chips until every flake is evenly coated. If the mixture is too dry, add water one teaspoon at a time.
- Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. This hydration rest allows the oats to soften and the fats to emulsify.
- Using a small cookie scoop, portion the dough and roll into 20 even balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
