Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 large scoops premium vanilla bean ice cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine 2 cups sliced peaches, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Let this sit for 5 minutes until a glossy syrup forms.
- Pour 1/4 cup whole milk and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract into the bottom of the chilled blender.
- Tip the macerated peaches and all their syrup into the milk.
- Add 3 large scoops of vanilla bean ice cream on top of the fruit.
- Use the pulse setting 5-6 times until the large chunks of fruit disappear.
- Switch to a medium speed for 15-20 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and uniform.
