Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 large scoops premium vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine 2 cups sliced peaches, 1 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Let this sit for 5 minutes until a glossy syrup forms.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup whole milk and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract into the bottom of the chilled blender.
  4. Tip the macerated peaches and all their syrup into the milk.
  5. Add 3 large scoops of vanilla bean ice cream on top of the fruit.
  6. Use the pulse setting 5-6 times until the large chunks of fruit disappear.
  7. Switch to a medium speed for 15-20 seconds until the mixture looks velvety and uniform.
