Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (50g) Thai Tea Mix
  • 2 cups (480ml) filtered water
  • 1/3 cup (110g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) evaporated milk
  • 2 cups (500g) ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Bring the filtered water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan or electric kettle.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the Thai tea mix, ensuring all powder is saturated, then let steep for exactly 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the hot tea through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer into a heat-proof mixing pitcher to remove the leaves.
  4. While the tea is still steaming, stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Fill four tall glasses to the brim with ice cubes.
  6. Pour the sweetened tea concentrate over the ice and slowly drizzle evaporated milk over the top of each glass to create a marbled effect.
