Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (7g) ground flaxseeds
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch (0.5g) sea salt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup (80g) plain non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 tsp (5ml) pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup (35g) fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15g) crushed peanuts
Instructions:
- Combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon, and salt directly in the mason jar. Note: Stirring the dry ingredients first prevents the chia seeds from clumping together.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
- Stir vigorously until the mixture is homogeneous and no dry pockets of Rolled Oats remain at the bottom.
- Seal the lid tightly.
- Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Note: Overnight is best for the most velvety texture.
- Remove the jar from the fridge just before eating.
- Top the oats with fresh blueberries.
- Sprinkle the crushed peanuts on top until the surface is evenly covered.
