- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
Instructions:
- Mince the garlic clove until it becomes a fine paste to ensure flavor is distributed evenly.
- In a small mixing bowl or glass mason jar, combine the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
- Whisk the mixture vigorously until the salt has completely dissolved and the mixture looks uniform.
- Slowly stream in the extra-virgin olive oil while whisking constantly, or pour the oil into a jar and shake violently for 30 seconds, until the dressing reaches a thickened, opaque, and velvety consistency.
