Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Place the unsweetened almond milk and plain non-fat Greek yogurt at the bottom of the blender to ensure a smooth blend.
  2. Add the baby spinach, avocado, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
  3. Top the mixture with the frozen mixed berries and frozen cauliflower florets.
  4. Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is a deep purple, uniform color and glossy.
