Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup ripe avocado
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Place the unsweetened almond milk and plain non-fat Greek yogurt at the bottom of the blender to ensure a smooth blend.
- Add the baby spinach, avocado, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, and ground cinnamon to the blender.
- Top the mixture with the frozen mixed berries and frozen cauliflower florets.
- Start the blender on the lowest setting and quickly increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the mixture is a deep purple, uniform color and glossy.
