Ingredients:
- 4 cups (600g) fresh blueberries
- 1 box (432g) yellow or white cake mix
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Pour the fresh blueberries directly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread them evenly to ensure the entire pan is covered.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the blueberries. Use a fork to gently level the powder without pressing it into the fruit.
- Drizzle the melted butter evenly across the top of the cake mix, focusing on the edges and corners to prevent dry patches.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45–50 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the top is golden brown.
