Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, trimmed
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken bone broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp cracked black pepper
- 6 oz savory herb stuffing mix
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken bone broth, onion powder, thyme, and pepper until uniform.
- Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the 6-quart slow cooker and pour the soup mixture over the top, ensuring even coating.
- In a bowl, toss the dry stuffing mix with the melted butter until coated. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken base without pressing it down.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and the stuffing is set.
