Ingredients:

  • 8 oz full-fat brick-style cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Place softened cream cheese in your mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the cheese on medium speed for 2 minutes until it looks smooth and glossy.
  3. Add the marshmallow fluff to the bowl.
  4. Whip the mixture for another 1-2 minutes until it doubles in visual volume.
  5. Pour in the vanilla extract. Wait for the sweet, floral aroma to fill the air.
  6. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
  7. Add the pinch of salt.
  8. Pulse the mixer a few times until the liquids are fully incorporated.
  9. Scrape the sides of the bowl with your spatula to ensure even mixing.
  10. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill if time permits.
