Ingredients:

  • 2 fl oz (60 ml) Premium Vodka, chilled
  • 1 fl oz (30 ml) Lychee Syrup (from canned lychees)
  • 1/4 fl oz (7 ml) Fresh Lime Juice (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Dry Vermouth (optional dash)
  • Large, fresh ice cubes (for shaking)
  • 1-3 whole, pitted lychees (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the Glass: Place your martini or coupe glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare the drink. Ensure all liquid ingredients are measured precisely.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the vodka, lychee syrup, fresh lime juice (if using), and the optional dash of dry vermouth into the cocktail shaker.
  3. Add Ice and Shake: Fill the shaker 2/3 full with high-quality, large ice cubes. Seal tightly and shake vigorously for approximately 15–20 seconds until the exterior is thoroughly frosted and painfully cold to the touch.
  4. Strain: Empty the chilled glass of any water or ice. Double-strain the mixture (using both the shaker's built-in strainer and a fine-mesh strainer) into the chilled glass, ensuring a silky-smooth texture.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Garnish immediately with 1-3 whole lychee fruits, threaded onto a cocktail stick or dropped directly into the glass. Serve immediately.
