Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1 tbsp (7g) ground flaxseed meal
- 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
- 1 tbsp (15g) sliced almonds
- 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- In each mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together to ensure seeds are evenly distributed.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is uniform and no dry oats remain at the bottom.
- Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Just before serving, fold in the fresh blueberries and top with sliced almonds and hemp hearts.
