Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp (7g) ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) sea salt
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbsp (15g) sliced almonds
  • 1 tsp (5g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. In each mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk the dry ingredients together to ensure seeds are evenly distributed.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously until the mixture is uniform and no dry oats remain at the bottom.
  3. Seal the jars tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Just before serving, fold in the fresh blueberries and top with sliced almonds and hemp hearts.
