- 2 cups romaine lettuce, finely chopped

Instructions:
- Cook the bacon until deep mahogany and rigid. Allow it to cool completely on paper towels to maintain crispness.
- Seed and dice the Roma tomatoes and chop the romaine lettuce into small, uniform pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder until smooth and velvety.
- Add the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions to the bowl. Gently fold the ingredients into the dressing.
- Add the diced tomatoes and chopped lettuce last, folding them in gently just until combined to prevent excess moisture release.
