  • 1/2 fresh lemon

Instructions:

  1. Wash the asparagus and pat completely dry to ensure roasting rather than steaming. Snap off the woody, fibrous bottom ends by bending the stalks until they naturally break.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until every spear is evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top.
  4. Air fry for 7 minutes until the tips are charred and the cheese has formed a crispy crust.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the spears before serving.
