Instructions:
- Wash the asparagus and pat completely dry to ensure roasting rather than steaming. Snap off the woody, fibrous bottom ends by bending the stalks until they naturally break.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until every spear is evenly coated.
- Arrange the seasoned asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top.
- Air fry for 7 minutes until the tips are charred and the cheese has formed a crispy crust.
- Remove from the air fryer and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the spears before serving.
