Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1 beaten egg, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper; mix with hands until just combined, then roll into 20 equal-sized balls (roughly 1 inch in diameter).
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) and lightly brush the basket with 1 tbsp olive oil to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the meatballs in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they aren't touching; cook in batches if they don't fit in one layer.
  4. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket or using tongs to rotate the meatballs halfway through, until they have a firm, springy texture and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
