Ingredients:

  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • 4 Cups Cold Water

Instructions:

  1. Place cold eggs directly from the refrigerator into the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not crowded.
  2. Set the air fryer to 270°F (132°C) and cook for 15 minutes for a firm hard-boiled consistency.
  3. While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice bath by combining 2 cups of ice and 4 cups of cold water in a large bowl.
  4. Once the timer beeps, use tongs to immediately transfer the hot eggs into the prepared ice bath.
  5. Let the eggs sit in the ice water for at least 11 minutes to stop the cooking process and loosen the membrane for easy peeling.
  6. Gently crack the shells and peel under the water or running water for best results.
