Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680g), cut into 1-inch florets
  • 1.5 tbsp avocado oil
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cauliflower and pat completely dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the head into even, uniform 1-inch florets. In a large mixing bowl, toss the florets with avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until every crevice is evenly coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange the cauliflower florets in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow for proper air circulation.
  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes. At the 6-minute mark, remove the basket and shake it vigorously to ensure even browning on all sides.
  4. Check for deep browning on the edges and fork-tender stems. Transfer to a serving bowl and immediately toss with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
