Ingredients:
- 1 large head of cauliflower (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680g), cut into 1-inch florets
- 1.5 tbsp avocado oil
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 0.25 tsp cracked black pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
- Wash the cauliflower and pat completely dry with a kitchen towel. Cut the head into even, uniform 1-inch florets. In a large mixing bowl, toss the florets with avocado oil, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until every crevice is evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Arrange the cauliflower florets in the basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow for proper air circulation.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes. At the 6-minute mark, remove the basket and shake it vigorously to ensure even browning on all sides.
- Check for deep browning on the edges and fork-tender stems. Transfer to a serving bowl and immediately toss with fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley before serving.
