Ingredients:
Beef fillet
Mushrooms
Prosciutto
Puff pastry
Dijon mustard
Egg yolk (for glaze)
Instructions:
Prepare Beef: Sear beef fillet and brush with mustard.
Make Duxelles: Finely chop mushrooms and cook until dry.
Assemble: Wrap beef in prosciutto and duxelles, then in puff pastry.
Bake: Brush with egg yolk and bake until golden and cooked to desired doneness.
