Homemade Grape Jam
Ingredients:
4 cups grapes (any variety)
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup water (if needed)
Instructions:
Wash and de-stem grapes, then place in a large pot.
Add sugar and lemon juice, and mash the grapes.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until thickened (about 30-45 minutes).
If the mixture is too thick, add water gradually.
Pour into sterilized jars and let cool before sealing.
