Cheeseburger Egg RollsIngredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup diced dill pickles
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface.
Spoon a portion of the beef mixture onto the wrapper, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
Seal the edge of the wrapper with a bit of water.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully place the egg rolls in the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
