Mini Meatloaf Muffins
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing down lightly to form mini meatloaves.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatloaves are cooked through and browned on top.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
