2 apples, peeled and sliced
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
Prep Apples: Peel the apples and slice them into rings. Remove the core from each slice.
Prepare Pastry: Unroll the puff pastry on a clean surface and cut it into strips using a pizza cutter.
