Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Instructions:

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Flatten Chicken: Place each chicken breast half between pieces of wax paper or plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until about 1/4 inch thick.
Assemble: Sprinkle each piece of chicken with salt and pepper. Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each chicken breast, then roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Coat: Dip each chicken roll in bread crumbs, making sure to coat completely.
Bake: Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Cordon Bleu!
