Air Fryer Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup cherry pie filling
• 8 egg roll wrappers
• Cooking spray
• Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions:

1. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the cheesecake mixture in a line across the center of the wrapper. Top with a tablespoon of cherry pie filling. Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Moisten the top corner with a bit of water to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
4. Air Fry Egg Rolls: Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway through, until the egg rolls are golden brown and crispy.
5. Cool and Serve: Let the egg rolls cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
