Justin Bieber has been quick to address the ‘harmful’ drug rumors from fans surrounding his health during a recent appearance.
A few images of the Canadian singer walking around New York went viral where he appeared to look gaunt and hollow-eyed, The Daily Mail reports.
This led many social media users to express concerns about his health on Twitter, with some expressing their belief that he looks ‘unhealthy’ or that he was on drugs.
“He’s obviously not looking healthy tbh.” one person claimed, while another said: “I hope he’s ok, I don’t like to see my brothers unhealthy.”
Now, Bieber’s reps have slammed the allegations in a statement.

Speaking to TMZ, his representative, who also represents his wife, Hailey Bieber, said: “The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,” adding that Bieber is actually ‘in one of the best places in his life’.
They went on to say that Bieber is working on some new music, while being a parent to his newborn son, Jack Blues, who he and Hailey welcomed back in August 2024.
His representative also said he has had a ‘very transformative’ 12 months, cutting ties with several close friends and business relationships ‘that no longer serve him.’
They continued to explain the impact these rumors have on the singer, calling them ‘exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive’.
Bieber has been open about his health diagnosis’s, revealing back in 2020 that he had been diagnosed with Lyme disease.
And in 2023, the singer was forced to cancel his remainder of his world tour as a result of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome (RHS), which he’d been diagnosed with the year prior.

He has also been frank about his drug abuse in the early years of his career and has spoken out about his battle with addiction in 2020.
This isn’t the first time the singer has been made to deny drug accusations, however, as last year he took to Instagram to slam the speculation from online trolls, adding: “They failed to realise I’ve been recently diagnosed with Lyme disease, not only that but had a serious case of chronic mono which affected my skin, brain function, energy, and overall health.”
He went on to say that he was getting the ‘right treatment’ for his condition, before saying it had been ‘rough couple years’ and that he’d ‘be back and better than ever’.

And it’s very clear she’s not happy about it.
Over the last few weeks, American music publication Billboard has been sharing the names of the musicians honoured with a place on the list.
In late October, it was revealed that the ‘What Do You Mean?’ singer was ranked eighth, putting him behind Kanye West, Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Drake, and Rihanna.
The top two artists have yet to be revealed, but fans have speculated the final two are likely to be Beyoncé and Taylor Swift.

Although Bieber’s place on the list is respectable, the Rhode Skin beauty brand founder was far from impressed.
She made her feelings known by commenting on Billboard’s Instagram account, and on Thursday (November 21), a screenshot of the comment went viral.
“Billboard is a f***ing joke as per usual,” she wrote, signing off with a kiss emoji.
Bieber rose to fame after he was signed by music manager Scooter Braun at the age of 13.
He caught Braun’s attention after posting covers of hits by Chris Brown and Ne-Yo on his YouTube channel.

After releasing singles and an EP in 2009, his song ‘Baby’ was a massive worldwide hit. He has scored eight Billboard Hot 100 number one hits, 26 top 10s.
His most recent hit, ‘Stay’ with The Kid LAROI, spent 63 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
And new music appears to be on the horizon. Speaking to The New York Times, writer and producer Mk.gee teased their collaboration process as well as a new project.
“He’s searching,” he said. “Anything that comes out of his mouth: That’s pop music. You can really do pretty wild stuff behind that, just because it represents something.”
Since welcoming his first child, a son named Jack Blues Bieber, with his wife Hailey, the singer has mostly kept out of the spotlight. The couple shared the news that they welcomed the baby boy in an Instagram post on August 24.
The Biebers got married in September 2018, and first announced that they were expecting a child together in May 2024.

The pop star took to his Instagram to post a picture of his newborn’s feet, captioning it: “Welcome home, Jack Blues Bieber.”
And of course, people were incredibly interested in the baby’s name as it seems like a fairly normal choice, especially given the whole host of unique names a few celebrities have bestowed upon their kids.
Fans took to social media to congratulate him and Hailey, with one Twitter user writing: “Justin and Hailey are gonna be amazing parents Congratulations to the Biebers!”
“He’s the only celebrity giving normal name to their kid,” another commented.
While a third said: “Omg! Jack Blues Bieber! What a cute name! Definitely a future popular! Congrats to them!”
While another added: “And a fourth resolved: “Lol finally a normal name for a celebrity baby.”
Many fans have speculated about the reason behind the name ‘Jack’, namely that Jeremy Bieber’s middle name is Jack.
But he is also seemingly the reason behind the ‘Baby’ singer carrying on a particular family tradition, according to PEOPLE.

Well, it’s giving your child the ‘JB’ initials – with the first name being and ‘J’ and the second name a ‘B’ – I don’t think I needed to explain that, but just in case some people didn’t understand.
Of course there’s Justin Bieber, his dad Jeremy Bieber, his half-sister Jazmyn bieber, half-brother Jaxon Bieber, they all don the JB initials and so too now does Jack Blues Bieber.
Although, the singer also has a half-sister called Bay, again fathered to Jeremy, and step-sister Allie – so there’s clearly some exceptions to the ‘JB’ rule.
It’s nice to see a celebrity follow in family traditions, you don’t really here of it much these days.

A source claims Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco got engaged in August and the reason they held off publicly announcing the news is allegedly to do with Justin Bieber.
Selena Gomez announced her engagement to Benny Blanco in a post shared to Instagram yesterday (December 12).
However, a source has since come forward to claim the Only Murders in the Building star got engaged to the producer months prior but was worried it may clash with some other news.
Gomez took to her Instagram page yesterday to share the news, sharing four images.
The first shows her hand and ring; the second shows her sitting in a garden on a rug looking at her ring; the third a selfie with Gomez smiling down, showing her hand and ring to the camera; and the fourth and final picture of the singer in the arms of Blanco, him kissing her on the side of the head as she shows her hand to the camera beaming.
The caption reads: “Forever begins now..”
However, while the announcement was shared yesterday, that doesn’t mean Blanco popped the question recently, a source has since claimed.

A source – allegedly an ‘insider’ on the matter – told the Mail Online that Gomez and Blanco actually became engaged in August.
So why wait until December to tell the world? Well, first off, just because someone is in the public eye doesn’t mean they’re required to tell the world information about their life as soon as it happens.
But the insider claims Gomez also allegedly held off as a result of ex-partner Justin Bieber and partner Hailey Bieber announcing the birth of their first child in August.
The source claims Gomez ‘didn’t want her engagement to be tied to Bieber in any way’ because she ‘knew that there would be stories accusing her of getting engaged to turn attention away from Justin’s baby or that people would claim that she did this to one up him’.
UNILAD has reached out to Gomez’s representatives for comment.
While it’s not been confirmed, the idea of withholding the announcement out of fear of backlash on social media would make sense, Gomez having previously spoken out about the extremely damaging effects of internet trolls on her mental wellbeing.

Unable to let sleeping dogs lie and everyone get on with their lives, some social media users have long speculated about an alleged feud between Gomez and the Biebers as a result of the past relationship – it’s called moving on, everyone.
And so bad did some of the hateful comments become targeting the Biebers specifically, Gomez once took to TikTok to speak out.
The Only Murders in the Building actor wrote: “Please be kind and consider others’ mental health. My heart has been heavy, and I only want good for everyone. All my love.”
Hailey also spoke out in the days following Gomez becoming a target of severe trolling, writing: “If you’re leaving mean or rude comments on my behalf on anyone’s posts, just know that I don’t want that, nor do I ever or will I ever support or condone hateful, mean, or nasty comments. Doing that is not supporting me.
“If you are participating in that you are a part of a culture that I want no part of. Please be nice or don’t say anything.”

E-mails are arguably one of the biggest banes of the modern world. Whether they’re ‘finding you well’ or quite the opposite, we’ve all made a tech-related error at some point in our careers.
Sometimes it’s pressing send too soon or forgetting to attach that all-important file you’d sworn you’d sent over.
But one woman recently made a mortifying discovery about her email signature.
For years, she’d been using it to declare her love for Canadian megastar Justin Bieber without even realising.
Worse still, it was her boss who pointed out the blunder.

Jessica Stahle took to TikTok to share the embarrassing story on her account @jessicastahle32. In a viral clip which has been viewed 2.1m times, she asked: “How many aura points did I lose when I found out today that every email I’ve sent since I was 10 from my primary email has the auto signature “~i’m in love with Justin Bieber’s new haircut!!!!!!~” (The only reason I found out is because my manager brought it up)” (sic).
In a follow-up video Stahle, from Los Angeles, explained she thought the signature was ‘optional.’
She said: “I did know that I had this signature on my email, but I thought it was optional because when I used my laptop, it showed it at the bottom and I just deleted it every time on my iPhone, which is where I send most of my emails from now.”
While she recognised she should’ve scrapped the cringe-inducing sentiment years ago, Stahle wanted to keep it as a reminder of her fangirl days.
Fortunately, Stahle said her job ‘doesn’t really involve a lot of e-mailing,’ adding: “It’s just more like confirming, ok, I’ll be there at this time. Back and forth.”
Viewers were left in stitches by Stahle’s admission as one said: “This is SO FUNNY”, with a second confessing: “I’m on the floor [laughing].”
Others were quick to share their own painful blunders. One wrote: “my name is Cora, and mine signed “Cora Cora Cora the explora” until I was 25. I’m a lawyer.”
A second shared: “The name of my iPhone was “horses are strong” and I went through so many zooms in school, work, etc before my therapist finally told me that’s the name that shows up on the zoom screen”.
Stahle warned others: “Take this as a cautionary tale to just double-check your Gmail settings and make sure that your auto signature is what you would like it to be.”
