Turkey Ham and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
2 slices of turkey ham
2 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or your choice)
1 tomato, sliced
Fresh spinach or arugula leaves
Butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Bread:
Lightly butter or drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble the Sandwich:
Layer turkey ham, cheese, tomato slices, and spinach/arugula on one slice of bread.
Season with salt and pepper.
Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out.
Cook:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the sandwich until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Serve:
Slice in half and serve warm.
