LIGHT CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM RECIPE
Ingredients
400g of butter/white margarine
800g of Sifted Icing Sugar
1 teaspoon Chocolate flavour extract
½ cup of Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of Liquid Milk
Procedure
-Cream margarine and flavour alone for like 2- 3 mins until it softens .
-Then Add the sifted icing sugar gradually and mix until all gets in
– Then sift in the cocoa powder and add the milk, then mix thoroughly till the Chocolate Buttercream Frosting is smooth and ready to use.
