Ingredients:
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 pound Italian sausage, casing removed
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the Italian sausage, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and green onions until well combined.
3. Place a small spoonful of the filling onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
4. Fold the wrapper in half diagonally and press the edges to seal. Optionally, you can crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
