Lunchbox 3: Hummus & Veggie Wrap + Mixed Nuts + Orange Segments
Hummus & Veggie Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large tortillas
4 tablespoons hummus
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced
1/4 cup spinach
Instructions:
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each tortilla.
Layer with the vegetables (carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, and spinach).
Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them in half.
Side Items:
Mixed Nuts: A handful of almonds, walnuts, and cashews.
Orange Segments: Peel and segment an orange for easy snacking.
