 Ingredients:
• 2 cups heavy whipping cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 20 Oreo cookies, crushed
• A pinch of salt
 Directions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, usually about 20-25 minutes.
3. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
