Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball 
This Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball is a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors!  Made with cream cheese, crushed pineapple, and crunchy pecans, it’s perfect as an appetizer for parties, holiday gatherings, or anytime you want to impress your guests with a delicious dip. Serve it with crackers, fresh veggies, or even sliced fruit for a crowd-pleasing treat! 
 Ingredients:
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
• ½ cup finely chopped green bell pepper
• ¼ cup finely chopped onion (yellow or red)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
 Directions:

1. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the drained crushed pineapple, ½ cup of chopped pecans, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything together until well combined.
2. Shape the cheese ball: Transfer the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and use the wrap to shape it into a ball. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the cheese ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
3. Coat the cheese ball: Spread the remaining ½ cup of chopped pecans on a plate. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and gently roll it in the chopped pecans, pressing lightly to coat the outside evenly.
4. Serve: Place the cheese ball on a serving plate and serve with a variety of crackers, sliced vegetables, or fresh fruit. Enjoy this sweet and savory appetizer!
5. Optional garnish: For an added touch, sprinkle a few extra chopped pecans and a sprig of fresh parsley on top.
