 Satisfy your sweet tooth with this show-stopping Baileys Chocolate Cheesecake Trifle!  Ingredients:
• For the Cheesecake Layer:
o 16 oz cream cheese, softened
o 1 cup powdered sugar
o 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
o 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream (optional, or use milk as a substitute)
o 1 tsp vanilla extract
o 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
• For the Chocolate Ganache:
o 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
o 1/2 cup heavy cream
• For the Cookie Crumble:
o 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
• For Assembly:
o 1 cup whipped cream (for topping)
o Shaved chocolate or chocolate chips (for garnish)
 Directions:
1. Make the Cheesecake Layer:

o In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, Baileys (or milk), and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
o Gently fold in the whipped cream until the mixture is light and smooth. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
o Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it just starts to simmer (do not boil). Remove from heat and pour over the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy. Allow to cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Trifle:
o In a large trifle bowl or individual serving glasses, layer the ingredients as follows:
 Start with a layer of crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
 Add a thick layer of the chocolate cheesecake mixture on top of the cookies.
 Drizzle with chocolate ganache.
 Repeat the layers until the bowl or glasses are filled, ending with a layer of the cheesecake mixture.
