You Haven’t Lived Until You’ve Tried This Tzatziki Chicken Salad! 
 Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Mixed greens or lettuce for serving
 Directions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumber, red onion, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and olive oil. Mix well to create the tzatziki sauce.
2. Add the shredded chicken breast to the bowl and stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the tzatziki sauce.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the Tzatziki Chicken Salad on a bed of mixed greens or lettuce.
5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days for even more flavor.
