Easy Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake – a dreamy combination! 
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and heavy cream.
Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with sliced bananas, caramel sauce, chopped peanuts, and almonds.
