Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders
Ingredients:
12 slider buns
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Split the slider buns and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the slider buns.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
